A traffic accident in the Magdalena Contreras mayor's office left one person dead and two men injured, who required medical attention. Upon receiving the report on the radio, officers headed to the Periférico, at the height of San Jerónimo Avenue, in the Independencia neighborhood. At the scene, they spoke with a 73-year-old motorist, who reported feeling an impact on the rear of his vehicle and having seen a motorcycle skid and three people on the asphalt strip. Emergency services were requested. Paramedics confirmed that a 23-year-old young man had died. Two men, aged 34 and 21, were transferred to a hospital to receive specialized medical care. The police cordoned off the area and handled traffic, and informed the Public Ministry agent for expert services and corresponding investigations.
